A number of professors at the department of biology attended the twenty sixth conference for Saudi Society of Biology

 
A number of professors at the department of biology attended the twenty sixth conference for Saudi Society of Biology. The conference topic was about Climate Changes and Biological Diversity. It was held in At-Ta'if from 7-9 Jumada al-Akhar 1432 Hijri. Participants included Prof. Dr. M. Nasr ad-Din Jum'ah, head of the department  biology who took part in the conference through his paper titled "Effect of Nitrate Deletion on the Production of the Neurstoxin, Saxitoxin and Neo-Saxitoxin by the Cyanobacteria Aphanizomenone-Flos qauae". Dr. Sayyed Al-Rawi submitted a paper entitled, "The Influence of Aluminum Sulphate on the Fertility of Male Albino Rat". Furthermore, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ayesh presented a research paper under the title "The Presence of Mycotoxins Zearalenon and Dexynivalenal and Associated Fungi in Imported and Local Wheat at Jeddah Markets – Saudi Arabia".
